Job Summary
Develop and execute corporate development strategies to maximize revenue from owned assets and drive inorganic growth through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances. Formulate strategic objectives, cascade functional plans into operating plans, and prepare the annual budget for Corporate Development & Strategy while monitoring financial performance. Lead the evaluation of growth opportunities, structure transactions, and present recommendations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors. Oversee asset management strategies, manage talent development initiatives, and ensure policy implementation aligned with international best practices. Monitor investments against KPIs, identify improvement areas, and maintain relationships with external advisors. Requires 15 years of experience in business development within entertainment or hospitality sectors.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Business Development
- preferably within the entertainment, hospitality, or related sectors
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- directing key functions within the organization
- managing substantial resources
