Job Summary
Head of Investment Data within PNC's Asset Management Group Investment Office based in Philadelphia, responsible for defining and owning the data strategy, governance framework, and operating model for investment data. Lead data sourcing and vendor strategy for investment data; translate business needs into data requirements; partner with senior leadership and technology to deliver strategic data initiatives; establish standards for data definitions, usage, and reporting; ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and cost efficiency across portfolio management, research, risk, and operations.
Required Qualifications
- University/college degree required; higher education such as Masters desirable
- Experience 8+ years in industry-relevant roles
- Minimum 5 years of prior management experience
- Proven leadership experience with cross-functional initiatives
- Proven ability to translate business needs into data requirements and initiatives
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and operating model design
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate data concepts to business leaders
Desired Qualifications
