Job Summary
Lead and execute aggressive deposit mobilization strategies to drive consistent inflows into CredPal's investment products by building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and distribution partners. Develop scalable channels for investment acquisition, including partnerships and digital funnels, while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to design campaigns that drive growth. Implement investment strategies for funds mobilized through the platform and refine offerings to remain competitive within the fintech market. Track portfolio performance, monitor key metrics such as assets under management, and provide detailed reporting to executive leadership. Represent CredPal's products to potential investors and maintain transparency on performance and market outlook. Build and lead a high-performing investment team focused on growth, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to support the company's broader financial strategy and liquidity goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in investment management, wealth management, asset management, or capital raising roles within financial services, fintech, or investment firms
- Proven track record of successfully mobilizing large investment deposits and growing assets under management (AUM) through strong investor networks and distribution channels
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), institutional investors, corporate clients, and strategic investment partners
- Strong understanding of investment products, fixed income instruments, treasury placements, and capital deployment strategies
- Deep knowledge of financial markets, macroeconomic trends, and investment opportunities that support portfolio growth and capital preservation
- Proven leadership ability with experience building and managing high-performing investment or wealth teams focused on deposit growth and investor acquisition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence sophisticated investors and stakeholders
