Job Summary
Develop the Group's investment strategy and propose short- and long-term investment plans for real estate products and projects. Identify, analyze, and recommend opportunities in equities, bonds, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring while conducting feasibility assessments, due diligence, and valuations. Lead preparation for initial public offerings, coordinate investment cooperation agreements, and monitor portfolio performance. Manage the Investment Department's operating plans, supervise employee performance, and collaborate with Finance and Accounting on project execution. Maintain a comprehensive market database for real estate and energy sectors while engaging international investors and strategic partners. Requires 10+ years of experience in investment and business development with a strong network in Vietnam.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Investment, or a related discipline
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in investment, business development, international cooperation, or a related field
- Proven experience working with international investors, foreign investment funds, and financial institutions
- Professional proficiency in English
- Strong capability in real estate market research, investment analysis, financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence
- Sound understanding of mergers and acquisitions, securities investment, corporate restructuring, and project investment
- In-depth knowledge of international commercial law and international business practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
- Strategic and commercially minded
- Proactive, diligent, and highly responsible
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Able to perform effectively in a demanding and fast-changing investment environment
Desired Qualifications
- An established network among foreign funds and institutions investing in Vietnam is highly preferred
- Experience managing large-scale investment funds or investment portfolios is an advantage
