Head of International Marketing

Job Summary
Head of International Marketing responsible for building and executing data-driven growth strategies across multiple European markets (excluding the UK), overseeing multi-channel campaigns (TV, OOH, Direct Mail, Partnerships) and managing substantial marketing budgets. You will lead a cross-functional international team, drive user acquisition and brand equity in digital health markets, ensure localization and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Product, Operations, Brand, and Performance teams to align strategy with execution. Strong emphasis on market research, performance data, testing frameworks (DDA, MMM, incrementality), and a global-to-local approach to market launches. Fully remote role within Europe (Ireland, DACH preferred) with occasional travel for collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years international marketing
- 4+ years in a senior leadership role
- budget management experience

- measurement framework knowledge (MMM, DDA, incrementality)
- experience in international environments
- English fluency plus additional European languages a plus
