Job Summary
Head of Internal Communications for Asia ex-Japan leading strategy and execution of internal communications across multiple markets; advise senior leaders on messaging and storytelling, design and deliver creative internal communications plans, and support crisis communications. Responsible for coordinating with regional teams and global counterparts, managing townhalls, fireside chats, podcasts and other executive communications activities; ensure consistency of strategy and messaging with global standards while maintaining local relevance; collaborate with Human Resources and other functions to strengthen culture and employee engagement; oversee one direct report and stay informed on industry trends and best practices; build external networks and coordinate submissions for industry awards.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in corporate communications, media relations, content writing, or journalism
- University degree in any discipline
- Strong written and spoken English; Business-level Cantonese preferred; Mandarin or Japanese fluency is an advantage
