Job Summary
Lead and own the integration and deployment of critical ATC software solutions for AMS, defining the integration and deployment strategy, driving CI/CD pipelines and environment consistency, coordinating integration/deployment teams and stakeholders, and monitoring risks, costs, timelines, and key performance indicators to continually improve engineering practices. The role requires experience with CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI, Jenkins), modern infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Cloud), and delivering large-scale, international programs within Thales’ Airspace Mobility Solutions (ATC) context. The position is based near Paris at the Thales AMS site in Rungis or Toulouse, with a focus on reliable, secure, and production-ready platforms and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent (Bac+5)
- Expérience significative en Intégration, Déploiement ou DevOps dans des environnements critiques
- Technologies CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- Infrastructures modernes (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Cloud)
- Pilotage de lots ou projets complexes en environnement international
- Crédibilité technique, rigueur, leadership transverse, capacité d’analyse et de gestion de la complexité
