Lead the Due Diligence practice within the FINEX division across Australia and New Zealand, developing strategy aligned with broader business objectives while driving revenue growth through new acquisitions and expanded client relationships. Provide senior-level advice on transactional risks for complex M&A, private equity, and restructuring deals, overseeing engagement scoping, execution, and delivery of actionable insights on insurance, liabilities, and structuring. Build and mentor a high-performing team, establish key performance indicators, and ensure consistent compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Act as the primary senior contact for key clients and partners, representing the firm at industry forums to promote thought leadership in transactional risk advisory services.
