Lead a high-performance, inclusive Installed Base (IB) team across UK, Ireland, and Benelux, driving revenue growth from existing enterprise customers through retention, expansion, and renewal. Manage two IB Sales Directors and one Digital Sales Manager, overseeing cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Presales, and Customer Success to deliver measurable customer outcomes while scaling AB revenue year over year. Engage with C-level and executive sponsors, shaping go-to-market strategy and demand generation, and ensure disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and strong CRM usage.
