Head of Information Technology

Provide input to the strategic direction of IT, directly influencing business direction in new products, systems, and integration efforts. Participate in developing the strategic information technology plan, processes, and solutions while understanding technology risks and information security challenges. Promote compliance with governance, cybersecurity, and information management rules, and develop policies to drive IT efficiencies. Build relationships with internal and external partners, serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, and lead the IT team by setting strategy, prioritizing objectives, and managing hiring and training. Prepare and manage the annual operational budget, report on performance and risks, and drive global IT strategy within the region. This onsite role requires up to 40% travel and occasional weekend or late-night work. The position reports to MHI's DI Headquarters and involves managing a high-performing team across commercial aviation, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
