Head of Information Technology Department

Oversee the Information Technology Department by setting objectives, operational plans, and annual budgets to drive performance and ensure compliance. Manage the Academy's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software systems, to guarantee availability, reliability, and security while evaluating innovative solutions and market trends. Direct system upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure enhancements to maintain up-to-date architecture and facilitate smooth data transfer. Design and implement security measures, disaster preparedness protocols, and technical support processes to protect against cyber threats and resolve hardware or software issues. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver high-quality IT products and services that align with organizational goals.
