Job Summary
Senior leader responsible for owning the influencer, creator, and community flywheel at Duolingo, building partnerships with celebrities, influencers, and creators, designing a tiered loyalty and rewards program, collaborating with product to boost in-app shareability and community-driven content, and developing a scalable measurement infrastructure to connect activity to business outcomes. The role leads a high-performing team and partners with brand, product, and data science to drive top-of-funnel growth and maintain cultural relevance at scale.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years experience driving measurable business outcomes across the creator & community industry
- Built or led a product at scale in the creator economy
- Proven success building multi-platform advocacy programs with measurable ROI and business growth
- Experience owning a product roadmap
- Experience in managing a scaled influencer program that contributed significantly to top of funnel growth
- Deep understanding of attribution, social, and product analytics with a proven track record of building scalable success frameworks
