Job Summary
Define and own the end-to-end influencer and streamer strategy across all OpCos, setting clear commercial objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for every creator partnership. Own the P&L for the streamer/influencer channel, including budgets, FTD targets, CPA, LTV, and ROI. Evaluate performance across Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms, optimizing commission structures and contract terms based on performance insights. Build reporting dashboards and provide clear performance commentary to senior leadership. Line-manage Hugo and build out a scalable team, establishing clear roles, processes, and performance standards. Benchmark Betway's influencer strategy against competitors, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities for innovation. Establish and enforce content, brand, and regulatory guardrails across all regulated markets, ensuring legal and compliance adherence. Act as the subject-matter expert for influencers and streamers across the business, delivering structured reporting to Marketing leadership and Exec stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
- An existing network within the iGaming influencer or streaming community
- Experience with Kick-era or Stake-style streamer partnerships
- Background in affiliate or performance marketing
- Exposure to scaling creator programmes globally
