Job Summary
Develop and own the Industrialisation capability strategy across People, Processes, and Tools to support delivery at scale across multiple geographies. Serve as the central interface with the Delivery Advisory Committee, curating bi-annual reviews, interim deep dives, and red team engagements while administering member utilisation. Lead workforce planning, resource modelling, and organisational design for the Industrialisation Programme and Operations & Supply Chain. Establish and maintain governance for Industrialisation Model development, assurance, and change control, ensuring a unified capability framework aligned to the Industrialisation Model. This pivotal role defines the organisational capability required to deliver the Industrialisation Programme at scale, encompassing SMEs, partners, and supply-chain integration within Rolls-Royce SMR's leading Small Modular Reactor programme in Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience in building organisational capability in large, complex, engineered programme environments
- Proven track record in workforce planning, organisational design, and resourcing strategy
- Ability to design, implement, and optimise processes
- Ability to deploy tools and systems that enable effective capability development
- Large programme experience with success integrating partner, supplier and internal capability contributions, into a unified organisation
- Ability to align senior leaders to a single capability and operating model
- Demonstrated ability to resolve cross-functional issues
- Ability to create coherent enterprise-wider solutions
- Ability to obtain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
- Satisfactory completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
- Satisfactory completion of a basic financial probity check
