Job Summary
Own the full technical deployment lifecycle from scope confirmation through stabilization and handover to CS. Build the implementation methodology from the ground up, including stage gates, readiness criteria, and executive reporting that work across health system sizes. Run a central portfolio for all enterprise deployments above threshold, managing staffing, sequencing, capacity planning, and business-level trade-offs. Lead the implementation team across regions, recruiting and developing managers while defining technical readiness processes to confirm SSO and integration requirements before go-live. Define structured interfaces with Product and Engineering for evidence-based escalations on real product gaps. Set metrics for time to technical onboarding and implementation variance.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience building or leading enterprise implementation in healthcare software - health systems, EHR-integrated products, clinical AI, or complex clinical workflow platforms
- Experience running multi-site deployments involving clinicians, IT, security, procurement, legal and executive sponsors, and doing it more than once
- Experience managing implementation leaders and technical implementation resources, not just delivering projects yourself
- Real fluency with enterprise health IT: SSO and identity management, EHR integration patterns, clinical governance and sign-off processes
- Executive credibility with CIOs, CMIOs and health system operational leaders
- Judgment on the scope boundary: knowing when a customer problem is a deployment problem, a configuration problem, or a product problem - and the spine to call it
- Comfort building process while simultaneously delivering
