Job Summary
Head of IM Design and Development for Logistics leads the application team in IT, driving end-to-end IT services for logistics (SAP EWM/MM and non-SAP), shaping the SAP logistics architecture, and translating strategic vision into concrete results while managing a ~10-person team, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration with business units. The role emphasizes leadership, roadmap execution, operation stability, and hands-on delivery in a dynamic, international environment. Proficient in SAP EWM and MM, with strong stakeholder engagement, budget and resource control, and bilingual (German/English) communication.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
- Langjährige Führungserfahrung in der IT – idealerweise im SAP-Logistikumfeld
- Nachweisbare Fähigkeit, Teams erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln
- Eine klare Vision für den Verantwortungsbereich sowie die Fähigkeit, diese in konkrete Ergebnisse zu übersetzen
- Ausgeprägte Umsetzungsstärke und pragmatische Hands-on-Mentalität
- Hohe Resilienz und Fähigkeit, Orientierung und Stabilität zu geben
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP EWM und SAP MM
- Erfahrung in der End-to-End-Verantwortung für IT-Services oder vergleichbaren Rollen
- Starkes Verständnis für skalierbare IT-Architekturen und stabile Betriebsmodelle
- Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Budget- und Ressourcensteuerung
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen
- Selbständige, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
