Job Summary
Head of ICT Risk management leading the Baltic banks’ Product Development and Technology management team, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating ICT risks; developing and maintaining ICT risk scenarios and controls; monitoring risk profiles; ensuring regulatory and compliance matters are addressed; aligning risk management standards with internal and external teams; and leading a three-person team to deliver ICT risk objectives. Strong focus on risk management, IT service management, information security, business continuity, and stakeholder engagement across a regulated financial environment; requires 5+ years in ICT risk management and fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ICT risk management and technology
- Strong competence in risk management, IT service management, information security, and business continuity management
- Solid understanding of European regulations for ICT risk and information security management
- Proven ability to drive and manage risk management processes across the organization
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and interact effectively across all levels of the organization
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
