Job Summary
Head of ICT Risk management to join SEB Baltic team's Product Development and Technology group. Lead ICT Risk Management by identifying, evaluating, and mitigating ICT risks; develop and maintain ICT Risk Scenarios; set ICT controls and manage business continuity within ICT; monitor risk profile and report to management; provide expertise on ICT-related regulatory and compliance matters; collaborate with internal and external teams to align risk management and compliance standards; lead and develop a three-person team; requires 5+ years in ICT risk management, strong risk management, IT service management, information security, and business continuity capabilities, understanding of European ICT risk regulations, and excellent stakeholder management; English fluency required; position located in Tallinn, Estonia.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ICT risk management and technology
- Strong competence in risk management, IT service management, information security, and business continuity management
- Solid understanding of European regulations for ICT risk and information security management
- Proven ability to drive and manage risk management processes across the organization
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and interact effectively across all levels of the organization
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
