Job Summary
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with global initiatives and local Taiwanese regulations. Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, performance management, training, and employee relations. Act as a strategic partner to branch leadership while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and managing HR budgets. Lead the full talent acquisition cycle and champion an inclusive culture that supports Airbus's aerospace mission. Collaborate with regional teams to maintain consistency in best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years of progressive HR experience in multinational environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience working in Taiwan, with a deep understanding of local labor laws, regulations, and cultural nuances
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of all HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus
