Job Summary
Define and execute the HR strategy for ING Hubs Philippines, aligning local priorities with the global people agenda. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning, organization design, leadership, talent, culture, and employee experience. Lead a high-performing HR function focused on workforce transformation, including strategic workforce planning, capability building, reskilling, upskilling, and internal mobility. Drive operational excellence through simplification, automation, AI, and people analytics while ensuring compliance and strong governance across all activities. Manage the people and social impact of organizational change, supporting leaders and employees throughout transformation journeys.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Significant experience within large, complex, international, and matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated success advising senior leaders on strategic workforce, organizational, talent, and transformation initiatives
- Strong expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, change management, employee engagement, and culture development
- Deep understanding of HR operating models, talent acquisition, employer branding, leadership development, and internal mobility
- Knowledge of local employment legislation and regulatory requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
