Job Summary
Formulate human capital strategy, establish organizational structures, and lead comprehensive recruitment across all levels. Develop performance management systems, design leadership pipelines, and manage competitive compensation frameworks. Oversee HR operations, compliance, and digitalization while driving workforce analytics. Manage facilities, assets, and vendor contracts; supervise security, safety, and corporate administration teams. Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team. Lead the HR and general affairs functions to prepare the organization for expansion and transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR / human capital experience
- Proven experience in organizational development, talent management, and leadership roles
- Strong understanding of labor law and HR best practices
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or professional HR certification preferred
- Experience in fast-growing or transformation environments is a plus
