Head of HSE - Corporate

Lead the implementation and continuous evolution of the Group HSE strategy across businesses, projects, and geographies. Develop and strengthen HSE governance, policies, standards, and management systems aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements. Drive performance management through KPIs, reporting, risk management, audits, and assurance programs while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory mandates. Partner with business leaders and operational teams to embed safety into decision-making and day-to-day operations, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Represent the organization in industry forums, certification processes, and external stakeholder engagements. Requires a Master's degree, Level VI HSE qualification, and 10+ years of international corporate experience. Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential; Spanish is a plus.
