Head of HRES Service Delivery - Hong Kong, Director

Lead and oversee all aspects of HRES service delivery in Hong Kong, ensuring seamless execution of HR operations and employee services. Drive the evolution of the HRES operating model through process improvement, service optimization, and operational transformation initiatives. Manage key stakeholder relationships across the business, partner closely with global HR teams and external service providers, and ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. Oversee outsourced vendor relationships, including governance, performance management, and issue escalation, while promoting standardization, consistency, and efficiency across HR processes. Establish a high-performing culture focused on service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead local communications, training initiatives, onboarding activities, and knowledge management programs to support the successful transition of new services, processes, and operational initiatives into the team.
