Job Summary

Head of HRBP (N-1 COMEX) built to accelerate Pennylane’s European expansion by shaping a data-driven, multi-country HRBP function that aligns with business priorities, challenges organizational design, and enables scale. You will partner with the COMEX to challenge org choices, oversee governance and delivery, drive transformation programs, and implement KPI-based monitoring (attrition, engagement, performance). You will lead a team of 8 HRBPs, foster cross-country alignment while respecting local constraints, and leverage modern tools (Workday, internal automation) to increase efficiency. The role requires weekly trips to the Paris HQ, fluent English, and a hands-on approach to shaping People strategy in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–12 ans d’expérience RH
  • expérience d’au moins 3 ans en tant que Head of HRBP / Head of People / DRH
  • expérience en construction/structuration d’une fonction HR/HRBP (process, outils, gouvernance)
  • management d’une équipe (8 personnes)
  • anglais quotidien
  • maîtrise des sujets organisation & leadership
  • preferance multi-pays / coordination à distance
  • appétence IA & innovation RH
  • capacité d’influence
