Senior HR leadership role leading global people strategy across the business, partnering with senior leaders to support performance, engagement and organisational growth; overseeing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, BambooHR, and performance review cycles; managing employee relations and HR guidance; driving culture, wellbeing, and compliance with UK employment law (NZ exposure a bonus); enabling board reporting and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years HR experience
- senior HR leadership or Head of People experience
- strong stakeholder management
- experience with payroll and HR systems
- experience running performance review cycles
- knowledge of UK employment law (NZ exposure advantageous)
- experience using BambooHR (highly desirable)
- people-focused leadership
- commercial mindset
- hands-on leadership in growing business
- hospitality/retail or fast-paced environments preferred
