Job Summary
Oversee the HR department at a central location, acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership on all people-related matters. Drive the transformation of HR from an administrative function into a modern steering instrument by establishing clear structures, processes, and leadership tools including performance management systems. Develop and implement a sustainable recruiting and personnel marketing strategy while building systematic talent development programs. Manage the rollout of HR metrics for transparent corporate governance and evolve labor law foundations and HR policies. Lead organizational development and transformation projects, guiding and developing the HR team while contributing to cross-group initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Personal, Arbeitsrecht oder vergleichbar
- Erste Erfahrungen in einer HR-Funktion
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von HR-Strukturen
- Erfahrung im Management der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
- Kenntnisse in allen Bereichen des Employee Lifecycle
- Erfahrung in Personalentwicklung
- Erfahrung in Recruiting
- Erfahrung in Organisationsentwicklung
- Sicherer Umgang mit HR-Kennzahlen
- Sicherer Umgang mit HR-Controlling
- Sicherer Umgang mit modernen HR-Systemen
- Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift
- Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift
