Job Summary
Lead the HR function across nine restaurant concepts by building a scalable team, managing end-to-end recruiting from first contact to hiring, and overseeing personal administration including contracts, onboarding, and compliance. Design a unified employee lifecycle standard and drive digital transformation of HR tools like e2n and Recruitee to automate processes and support growth without proportional headcount increases. Shape employer branding to attract talent in the competitive gastronomy market while ensuring operational readiness across all locations. The role requires deep HR experience with multiple sites, hands-on involvement in daily operations, and knowledge of German labor law.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR
- Erfahrung in einem Unternehmen mit mehreren Standorten oder vergleichbar dynamischer Struktur
- Führungserfahrung in einem HR-Team
- Verstehen von Führung als nicht reine Steuerungsfunktion
- Bereitschaft, mitanzupacken im Recruiting-Gespräch, in der Vertragsprüfung oder im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Herkunft aus Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder einem vergleichbaren Dienstleistungsumfeld
- Kenntnis der Realität operativer Betriebe
- Kenntnis von HR-Tech-Landschaften
- Begeisterung für Automatisierung
- Konkrete Umsetzungserfahrung mit Automatisierung
- Sicherheit im deutschen Arbeitsrecht
- Orientierung in einer gewachsenen Gruppenstruktur
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
