Job Summary
Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals and company growth plans while overseeing the full employee lifecycle from workforce planning to offboarding. Lead HR Operations, administration, and office functions, partnering with leadership on organizational design, team scaling, and talent management. Advise managers and employees on people-related matters, drive engagement and employer branding, and manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation. Monitor HR metrics, optimize processes, and oversee systems and data management to support business decisions. This role requires 5+ years of HR leadership experience and is based in Ukraine, offering tax expense coverage for private entrepreneurs, 20 paid vacation days, and a wellness budget.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience, including HR Operations
- Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Experience managing HR budgets
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people management skills
- Experience with HR policies, processes, KPIs, OKRs, and HR analytics
- Hands-on experience with HRM, ATS, CRM, and other HR systems
- Knowledge of relocation, work permits, and immigration processes
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
