Job Summary
Head of Human Resources for Global Deliver Operations responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy for a globally integrated Med Tech Deliver organization (warehousing, transportation, and logistics) across Americas, APAC, and EMEA. Partners with the VP, Global Deliver and leadership team to align talent, structure, and capabilities with a globally integrated Deliver network and operating model. Leads the people strategy for end-to-end Deliver Operations transformation, builds and develops BUHR leaders across regions, drives capability roadmaps in Deliver Strategy & Excellence, automation, digital enablement, and 3PL models, and coaches senior leaders to navigate transformation and drive performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience partnering with senior leaders in global organizations
- Strong background in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership
