Head of HR Continental Europe

Governance-focused HR leadership role for Luxembourg responsible for end-to-end statutory/regulatory compliance, board and executive escalation, local HR governance input, and oversight of reporting, risk, and remediation actions. Acts as the primary HR owner for Luxembourg regulatory obligations, interfaces with the Luxembourg Staff Delegation, and coordinates with global HR services, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Expertise to ensure compliance and alignment with local law and governance expectations. Requires senior HR leadership experience, strong stakeholder credibility, and fluency in English and French.
