Job Summary
Head of HR Business Process Architecture leads end-to-end HR workflows across multiple HR systems, acting as the business architect for HR workflows and translating HR strategy into executable designs. Responsible for designing future-state HR workflows, defining process flows, system orchestration, roles, and accountability, and ensuring experiences are intuitive, policy-compliant, and operationally viable. Manages a team of workflow designers and partners with HR Operations, Product Owners, and Technology teams to align workflow design with product backlogs and change/adoption plans. Focus areas include experience-led design across Core HCM, Talent, Learning, and Service Delivery tools, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering AI-enabled, automated solutions that enhance the employee lifecycle.
