Job Summary
Senior leadership role overseeing Howden Markets Ireland, owning full P&L and delivering market-management and portfolio-solutions strategy. Lead strategic insurer relationships, facilities and bespoke products to drive growth and operational efficiency. Shape the wider Howden Ireland business strategy, communicate group strategy internally and externally, and mentor a high-performing team while maintaining regulatory and legal compliance. Strong emphasis on strategic market engagement, client outcomes, placement efficiency, and a commercially astute, entrepreneurial mindset to identify market opportunities and deliver sustainable growth across the Irish P&C insurance market.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry
- Minimum of a CIP qualification with relevant experience
- Strong leadership and management skill and ability to motivate and develop a high performing team
