Job Summary
Head of Hospitality & Events to lead delivery of world-class hospitality and event services within a prestigious financial services environment. Senior leadership role focusing on guest experiences, stakeholder relationships, and standards across a high-profile corporate catering operation. Responsible for inspiring and developing teams, identifying talent, and driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Manage planning and execution of high-end corporate events, executive dining, meetings, and hospitality experiences; collaborate with culinary teams to deliver innovative concepts; ensure exceptional service, food quality, and guest satisfaction. Develop and implement hospitality strategies aligned with client and company objectives; drive continuous improvement, analyze performance metrics, and lead change initiatives. Oversee budgets, forecasts, labour, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety policies. Strong client relationship management with senior stakeholders, effective communication, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
