Job Summary
Support leadership and coordinate the Health and Safety team to strengthen safety culture through proactive project implementation and external stakeholder engagement. Conduct regular audits, manage training and instruction programs, and drive continuous improvement in occupational safety. Collaborate closely with business units, industry associations, and authorities to ensure compliance and address relevant safety topics. Requires a technical background, minimum two years of leadership experience, and strong German/English skills.

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Belastbarkeit
- Teamfähigkeit
- eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in Prozessoptimierung und im Umgang mit internen Kontrollen (IKS)
- Französisch
