Job Summary
Head of GTM Enablement at Nextiva is responsible for architecting and leading a modern enablement ecosystem embedded into seller workflows, shifting enablement from event-based training to continuous in-flow performance support, and partnering across Product Marketing, Revenue Leadership, Sales Enablement, and Operations to drive measurable improvements in pipeline conversion, sales velocity, and win rates. The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflow guidance, real-time knowledge systems, cross-functional alignment, and driving rapid adoption of product updates, with the goal of embedding enablement into daily seller workflows and delivering tangible revenue outcomes. Key success factors include measurable improvements in conversion rates, sales velocity, and alignment between Product Marketing strategy and Sales execution; ability to enable SMB and Mid-Market sellers to articulate value, navigate objections, and execute with confidence; and a culture of speed, clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or GTM Strategy
- Proven success in high-velocity sales environments (SMB and Mid-Market)
- Experience in SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or CX platforms strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates and sales performance
- Track record of translating strategy into scalable execution
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment skills
- Experience with (or strong curiosity for) AI-driven tools and enablement systems
