Job Summary

Shape US commercial strategy and drive end-to-end B2C execution across paid media, PR, KOLs, affiliates, and Amazon. Own the US customer experience by partnering cross-functionally to remove friction and improve conversion, retention, and satisfaction. Carry significant budget responsibility and act as the primary on-the-ground representative, steering strategy and coordinating with centralized execution teams. Represent Hilo externally at industry events, press, and partner conversations while supporting B2B momentum with clinics, specialists, and payer partners. Overlap half-day hours with the European team and travel quarterly for business events.

Required Qualifications

  • must be authorised to work in the United States
  • regular travel to events, KOL meetings, and partner conversations
  • minimum half-day working hours to overlap with our European-based team (CET)
  • travel to team and business events quarterly (or as needed)
  • Experience helping grow a business, with meaningful budget responsibility

  • Demonstrated experience taking a product to market and scaling it through a high-growth stage
