Job Summary
Lead business planning and execute joint annual strategies with clients to pinpoint growth opportunities and diversify revenue streams. Architect comprehensive agency-client relationship strategies, master high-stakes negotiations, and drive marketing effectiveness to set industry benchmarks and maximize margins. Champion the partnership agenda, oversee Statement of Work implementation, and define success through key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and value delivery. Establish a macro-level learning agenda, lead innovation initiatives targeting Cannes Lions recognition, and provide expert insight on the intersection of technology, creativity, and business strategy. Set strategic direction for managing the matrix and address unmet client needs to propel the agency's growth trajectory.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in a similar senior leadership role with responsibility for growth strategy, business development, and strategic planning within a dynamic agency environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results in client growth, revenue diversification, and creative excellence
- Extensive experience in crafting and implementing strategic growth plans, client relationship management, high-stakes negotiations, and compelling brand narratives
- Established history of successful partnership building and strategic alliance formation that has led to significant business growth
- Adept at setting and achieving ambitious targets, with a strong analytical mindset for measuring performance against key indicators
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of mentoring and advocating for team development and client relationship enhancement
- Strategic and innovative thinker with the capacity to identify new opportunities for growth, anticipate future industry trends, and drive groundbreaking solutions
