Job Summary
Head of Growth role overseeing pipeline generation end-to-end across paid, outbound, content, ABM, and inbound, while owning the operational backbone connecting Marketing to Sales and aligning budget to targets. Responsibilities include building multi-touch, multi-stakeholder campaigns; planning and optimizing paid media (LinkedIn, Meta) and channels; creating integrated campaigns with content, webinars, and podcasts; owning inbound/organic growth, website CRO, and category positioning; designing nurture and routing to accelerate opportunities; and building dashboards and attribution to tie programs to pipeline and revenue. Required are 7+ years in B2B growth with enterprise experience, hands-on ABM design, fluency across paid media, content, SEO, and CRO, plus data-driven and AI-driven approaches, and strong marketing-ops skills with HubSpot and martech. Collaboration with founders, Sales, and Product is essential, with a focus on enterprise pipeline and revenue execution.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B growth / demand generation with enterprise experience
- Hands-on experience designing and running an ABM motion (scoring, intent data, routing)
- Fluency across paid social, email, content, SEO/organic, and website/CRO
- Data-driven and AI-driven native
- Strong marketing-ops chops: experience with HubSpot and martech stack
- Experience managing agencies/contractors and/or a small team
