Job Summary
Head of Growth role responsible for owning and executing the growth strategy end-to-end for a pre-launch, premium home robotics brand targeting an urban female customer. You will define how to acquire, activate, and retain primary and secondary customer profiles, shape the brand’s distinctive point of view across touchpoints, and build a fast, experimental content and creative operation spanning social, UGC, and original video. Day one involves leading growth with a hand-on approach, then growing a lean team and managing contractors for production, video, and creator programs. The role blends online and offline experiences (demos, activations, experiences) to create shareable moments, drives launch messaging, and uses AI to enhance content production, research, and operations. You will work directly with the founder, ship rapidly, measure full-funnel KPIs, run weekly performance reviews, and iteratively optimize to ship demand ahead of hardware launch. A strong emphasis on data-driven decision making, a premium brand voice, and building an audience pre-launch to ensure a strong pre-order/waitlist momentum is required. In addition to core growth responsibilities, you will lead qualitative and quantitative customer research to tighten messaging and optimize launch readiness, with a long-term plan to grow a small team and a flexible contractor bench while maintaining high-quality, premium output.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with at least 2+ years managing people
- Real consumer experience, ideally hardware
- Proficiency in the full-stack of marketing tools
- Experience building or scaling a UGC or creator program
- Comfortable in Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager
- Understanding of creative performance: hooks, retention curves, platform culture, format iteration for TikTok and IG
- Self-directed and fast-paced; able to ship and iterate quickly
- Must be AI-pilled and able to bring AI into workflows for content production, research, personalization, and ops
