Job Summary
Head of Growth drives sustainable growth across membership, CPD/education, events, publications, sponsorships, advertising, and digital products for a legal membership association. The role leads cross-functional initiatives across marketing, digital, product, analytics, partnerships, and commercial development with a strong focus on scalable, data-driven growth systems. Responsibilities include developing and leading the organisation’s growth strategy, defining value propositions for practitioner segments, designing targeted campaigns for students and lawyers, reducing churn through data-led insights, growing CPD programs, building growth loops within LMS/digital products, and developing sponsorship packages. The ideal candidate has extensive growth, commercial strategy, digital marketing, partnerships experience, and is comfortable with data analytics, segmentation, dashboards, and stakeholder management within the legal ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in growth, commercial strategy, digital marketing, and partnerships.
- Experience scaling membership or subscription-based organisations, ideally within the legal, professional, or education sector.
- High capability in data analysis, segmentation, funnel design, and dashboards.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in advertising and sponsorship.
- Exceptional stakeholder and relationship-building capability within the legal ecosystem.
- 8–12+ years in growth, marketing, commercial, product, or revenue leadership roles.
- Experience in legal associations, professional bodies, education providers, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
