Head of Growth

Conduct continuous research on organic growth opportunities for the product portfolio without performance marketing, identifying untapped channels and mechanics. Lead the development of organic growth initiatives including SEO, ASO, email, and organic social to drive scale without CAC. Build and manage a dedicated growth team while establishing centralized growth expertise across all verticals. Develop creative automation frameworks for idea generation and iteration, and design monetization flows for upsell, cross-sell, and loyalty. This strategic role reports directly to the CRO, allowing you to define priorities across multiple units rather than focusing on a single product. You will shape the company's growth approach for its entire ecosystem of AI-first products, leveraging direct access to the Board and C-level visibility.
