Job Summary
Head of Growth to own the go-to-market motion from the ground up. You’ll run growth experiments across paid, organic, content, partnerships, and community—measuring CAC, payback, and activation with rigor—and build a playbook that scales for future markets. This is a player-coach role: you’ll execute in the early days, then hire and lead a small growth team, reporting to the CEO and partnering with Product and Engineering. You’ll own the growth engine across channels, set targets and dashboards, craft creative customer acquisition approaches (including direct mail, outbound, and referral mechanics), and help shape pricing, packaging, and monetization. You should be fluent across paid, organic, content, lifecycle, and at least one community or outbound channel, comfortable shipping experiments, and capable of instrumenting funnels with analytics tools. Real estate, proptech, fintech, marketplace, or vertical SaaS experience helps, but isn’t required. A strong, clear writer and a data-driven mindset are essential. Being on-site 4 days a week at our office in Manasquan, NJ or NYC is a plus.
