Job Summary
Own the country deployment pipeline by managing aggregate lead volume and calibrating the channel mix across field, partner, community, and digital sources. Diagnose funnel drop-offs and direct corrective action to maintain monthly deployment targets while driving conversion from qualified leads to signed, vehicle-ready customers. Lead commercial relationships with ride-hailing platforms, delivery services, and OEM partners to activate dealer networks and co-marketing campaigns. Build and lead a senior Growth team responsible for acquisition, conversion, training, and onboarding operations across all cities. Own the country growth dashboard to instrument real-time data for funnel diagnostics and cohort quality tracking, translating evidence into strategic trade-offs for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive commercial experience
- at least 5 years in a senior role accountable for multi-channel customer acquisition at scale
- Demonstrated track record of building and running multi-channel acquisition operations
- Direct experience operating in a matrix structure across multiple cities
- Proven experience leading senior functional managers
- Demonstrated ability to be held to an aggregate outcome while depending on peer functions for inputs
- Experience working with OEM and platform partners in commercial channel relationships
- Experience standing up new commercial functions from zero
Desired Qualifications
- ideally in gig economy, mobility, fintech, asset finance, ride-hailing, last-mile logistics, or large-scale distribution within African markets
