Job Summary
Own the commercial growth strategy and client growth roadmap for the investing business, driving acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation across key markets. Define target audiences, positioning, and go-to-market plans while building and scaling growth channels through paid media, partnerships, affiliates, and lifecycle marketing. Lead the team to improve onboarding, funding, and first investment conversion by collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Compliance. Track key metrics including funded accounts, assets under administration, CAC, and LTV, ensuring all activities remain compliant and aligned with global standards. Work with regional teams to localize growth plans and identify new commercial opportunities as the company expands from trading into long-term wealth-building solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth, commercial strategy, performance marketing, product growth or business development
- Proven experience scaling a digital financial product, investing platform, consumer app or marketplace business through periods of rapid growth
- Strong understanding of retail investing
- Proven track record of scaling digital financial products
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with growth KPIs
- Experience managing acquisition funnels, campaigns, partnerships and lifecycle initiatives
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Compliance, BI and regional teams
- Commercial mindset with strong ownership and execution
- Clear communicator who can influence senior stakeholders
- Fluent English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in investing, brokerage, wealthtech, fintech, gaming, betting or other highly competitive customer acquisition environments
- Experience launching new products, entering new markets or building unconventional growth channels
- A background in finance or fintech
