Job Summary
Lead global engineering projects from technical solution development to implementation across sites, establishing global standards for site master plans and equipment while coordinating with regional teams. Develop the global CAPEX plan and manage the budget in collaboration with finance, driving improvements in automation and energy efficiency. Gather best practices from production sites to implement efficient technologies worldwide, ensuring consistent project governance and alignment with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, Sourcing, and Finance. Coordinate the global Subject Matter Expert network and provide guidance to international production sites.
Required Qualifications
- degree in process engineering, production engineering, food technology, or a related technical field
- several years of engineering experience in the food and/or beverage industry
- extensive experience in basic and detailed engineering for process plant engineering
- comprehensive knowledge of food production technology and digital production tools
- demonstrated your project management skills through large-scale projects
- several years of leadership experience
- able to quickly comprehend complex matters and possess a strong conceptual and analytical approach to work
- solution-oriented mindset
- hands-on mentality
- English and German
