Job Summary
Head of Go-to-Market - Heartbeat AI leads the commercial strategy across all markets, owning value proposition, pricing architecture, launch execution, and scaling, while coordinating product, marketing, sales, operations, and partner ecosystems. You shape offerings across hardware, software, energy, and services, sharpen competitive positioning, align cross-functional teams to drive commercial performance, drive end-to-end go-to-market, manage launches and post-launch optimization, and build a high-performing Go-to-Market team in Germany with remote Germany-wide work and offices in Hamburg/Berlin/Munich. Responsibilities include defining market-specific economics, take rates, margin logic, and revenue architecture; translating market and competitive intelligence into compelling offers; enabling sales with training and product-requirement feedback; negotiating with third-party suppliers or partners; and leading cross-functional execution to ship scalable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in commercial, go-to-market, or growth leadership roles with clear ownership of business case, pricing, and commercial outcomes
- Experience scaling offerings across multiple markets and balancing central commercial logic with local market realities
- Shaped value propositions and commercial models end-to-end: pricing architecture, bundle and packaging logic, monetization design
- Led launches end-to-end and driven post-launch performance including sales enablement and conversion
- Worked closely with marketing and sales functions shaping enablement, training, and product-requirement feedback loops
- Built and led a team of GtM, commercial, or project management specialists
- Strong stakeholder management and execution skills across product, operations, and commercial functions
- Experience with complex B2C or B2B2C offerings in energy-tech, hardware-plus-software is a strong plus
- Clear English communication (C1/C2); German a plus but not required
- Ownership mindset, pragmatism, and ability to course-correct with incomplete information
