Job Summary
Head of Global Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement (Director level) leads global TA Operations and Enablement, overseeing an internationally distributed team and shaping the strategy to deliver efficient, high-quality recruitment experiences. Responsibilities include end-to-end TA operations delivery (interview logistics, offer management, background checks, onboarding readiness), standardizing processes and policies, enabling recruiter capability-building, driving adoption of TA technologies, identifying and closing process gaps, governing compliance, managing vendor relationships (RPO, background checks, technology partners), and partnering with HR, Legal, Procurement, and Data, Digital & Technology teams. The role emphasizes a data-driven approach to steer priorities, improve speed, quality, and compliance, and build a high-performing global team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or a related field within a global, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated experience leading globally distributed teams
- Deep expertise in TA Operations, including process design, governance, and execution
- Strong experience with TA technologies (e.g., Workday, HiredScore, Avature, Paradox)
- Proven ability to prioritize and execute in complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
