Support compliance with jurisdiction-specific requirements, assess recovery and resolution planning implications, and design scalable operating models for the full entity lifecycle. Oversee legal entity data management, drive adoption of technology-enabled solutions including AI use cases, and build a high-performance culture focused on control and continuous improvement. Manage a team of legal entity professionals, partner with senior stakeholders across Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Finance, and provide executive-quality reporting on legal entity matters.
