Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of the Global Compensation Strategy across regions and business areas, driving governance, analytics, and continuous improvement. Design competitive, inclusive reward frameworks; modernize processes with automation and digitization; partner with IT, HR, finance, legal, and externalExperts to deliver scalable reward solutions and data-driven insights. Mature data capabilities to inform strategic decisions and elevate compensation as a strategic lever, while delivering robust annual compensation cycles and ensuring fair, transparent pay practices. Hybrid role based in Brussels with 40% in-office work, collaborating across global teams to support patient-focused business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Strong academic and/or professional background in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Legal, Economics, or a related discipline, combined with deep global compensation expertise.
