Own generative AI at MindAlter Studio by driving discovery, scaling, and maintenance of production stacks for 12+ characters generating $500K+/mo. Evaluate new models weekly, select standards for face consistency and video pipelines, and architect custom tooling to enable rapid shipping without reinventing the wheel. Debug degradation in real-time, optimize GPU infrastructure for cost control, and define quantitative quality gates for model evaluation. Translate creative briefs into technical specs while pushing back on unfeasible requests, ensuring the stack evolves from 12 to 50 characters. You will require deep expertise in image/video generation, LoRA training, ComfyUI, and prompt engineering at the system level.
